Engaging early in the Triology Apartments project, Blades worked with the client to obtain Development Approval, coordinate design and run feasibility analysis for 121 residential units across 3 buildings.
Serving as Project Manager and Superintendent administering the contract, Blades undertook extensive negotiations with the Head Contractor to reach an acceptable value for the construction price, maintaining a committed focus to achieving a best cost outcome for the client.
