The Glad

With extensive hotel project experience, the Blades team was called upon to support the redevelopment of The Glad Hotel, centrally located in the heart of Toowoomba. Consisting of a 102-room hotel, conference facility, specialty retail tenancies and a tavern, the project is set to revive a key corner of the city.

In addition to providing some project management advice as required by the developer, Blades has been engaged to administer the contract between the developer and head contractor, and entrusted with the role of Superintendent.
