Robinson Road Marketplace

In October 2017, Robinson Road Marketplace underwent a major atrium extension and food court upgrade with new vertical transport installed. Blades Project Services’ first-class project management skills saw the shopping centre remain operational at all times, with safety carefully maintained while materials were moved around. This required heightened safety measures, alternate public access and the relocation of existing tenants.

With an impressive portfolio of retail precincts, the Blades team was engaged to lead the majority of project planning and delivery services. This ranged from authority approvals management, right through to project reporting and defect management.
