Robina Home and Life Centre

A brand new greenfield build, Robina Home and Life Centre is one of the Gold Coast’s prime shopping destinations. Working within a tight timeframe the Blades team was engaged to manage the project quickly and efficiently. To meet the time constraints of the project, Blades set clear goals and provided project delivery advice that ensured key deadlines were met by all parties.

Blades coordinated with the tenants from the base build on fit-outs, including major retailers like Toys R Us and Nick Scali. Communication was essential with a facility as large as the centre, as each tenant occupied a warehouse-retailer space, with a total area of 16,000m².
