Richmont by Mantra

Richmont Holdings engaged Blades to provide expert project management services for the development of its Richmont hotel by Matra, situated in the historical suburb of Spring Hill.

Managing the delivery of 108 luxury hotel rooms, as well as associated facilities including a new bar, restaurant and chic main lobby – Blades provided an end-to-end service package that saw the project team involved and trusted in all aspects of the development.

Throughout the design and construction phases, the preservation of character features were top of mind for Blades. Due to the building’s character-listing, extra approvals and processes were required to complete the project and in turn provide contemporary accommodation for Mantra customers.
