Pillowtalk Distribution Centre

In 2002 Pillow Talk, one of the largest home linen specialists in Australia, engaged Blades Project Services to deliver a new distribution facility.

Blades project managed a majority of the planning and the entire delivery phase that transformed the site previously used as landfill into a fit-for-purpose functional warehouse. Advantageously, the project utilised the recyclable landfill materials for the structural platforms of the facility to promote sustainability and innovatively keep costs low.

Notable features of the 6500m2 industrial building included water tanks and a sprinkler protector system, meticulously implemented and tested by the Blades team.
