Next Hotel

Carrying out a reconstruction in the middle of the world’s 10^th busiest mall was a proud feat for the Blades team. This 18-month project saw Blades manage the redevelopment and transformation of the Chifley at Lennons hotel in Brisbane CBD. It is now the world’s first NEXT hotel – Silver Needle’s new flagship hotel brand designed to appeal to the modern business traveler.

From front to end, Blades looked after the suite of project planning and delivery services on the 304-room hotel. Blades was excited by the innovative technology and design used in the project, and worked closely to the project brief to mitigate project risks and overcome access challenges.
