Maggie’s Beach House

The Blades Project Services team took Maggie’s Beach House through a total residential transformation from a non-operational backpackers’ hostel to the ultimate holiday destination, boasting 13 residential luxury units and retail premises for the perfect island getaway.

The project involved a complete strip out and structural extension, refurbishment, with the team delivering a design solution that retained the cyclone-approved structure. Due to the secluded position of the island, materials had to be transported by barge, requiring significant planning and considerations for the environmental impact.
