Lang Parade Auchenflower

Overseeing the construction of a brand-new, three-level medical facility with consulting rooms, the Blades team was able to negotiate a successful build under restricting circumstances. Bordering Auchenflower Station and Wesley Hospital, the Lang Parade build posed distinct challenges for the Blades team that required close collaboration with QR and the hospital.

Through careful consideration of the heightened safety measures and logistics of building to boundary in such a tight zone, Blades was able to work within tight constraints to deliver a $5 million project that will bring additional, contemporary medical services for the community.
