Lakes Vista Office Park

Blades Project Services brought Excel Development Group’s, Lakes Vista Office Park to life through a partnership that saw the Blades team manage construction of office buildings, extensive landscaping, podium space, basement and carparks for the Park.

The development sets a new benchmark for premium office accommodation in North Brisbane, combining architectural and advanced IT platforms in a sustainable campus environment, complete with 4-Star NABERS rating. By creating efficient building designs, extensive secure basement car parking and landscaping the ongoing project is projected to be valued at over $20 million.
