Blades Project Services plays a key role in transforming one of Queensland’s fastest growing areas, North Lakes, as the appointed project managers for the mixed-use lifestyle precinct, Laguna.

The precinct is an important strategic site for North Lakes and will be managed by Blades from beginning to end, which includes a large stake in the planning and facilitation phase.

Engaged from the outset, Blades has already contributed to quality outcomes for Laguna relating to green spaces, wellbeing facilities and stylish retail and office space. Blades is thrilled to be part of a project that will see North Lakes become more than a housing development as it transitions to a thriving urban hub and business centre.
