As a mixed-use precinct, Iceworks presented design and construction complexities which the Blades team was able to identify and address early in the project, achieving a cohesive outcome for all. Being a large and highly exposed site, the development became a focus for local residents and Council. As such, careful consideration was taken to obtain Development Approval and ensure the outcome fulfilled the needs of all key stakeholders.
