Howard Smith Wharves – Function Pods

Having delivered function spaces across a number of significant projects, Blades was appointed Project Manager for the Landscape Function Houses on Howard Smith Wharves.

Set against the cliffs at the HSW precinct, these boutique event spaces are designed to cater to groups from 12 up to 100 people. Accommodating events ranging from private meetings to wedding receptions, the two larger Houses also contain commercial kitchens.

Ensuring the project’s iconic spaces were delivered to a high standard, Blades successfully administered the contract between the developer and head contractor, upholding the highest standard of professionalism and achieving a positive outcome for all parties.
