Flow Residences

The Flow development commenced construction in late 2020 and is due for completion in the first quarter of 2022. The project consists of 22 apartments located at the picturesque Rainbow Bay, Coolangatta and is spread across 12 levels sitting above a ground floor beach club level and 3 levels of basement. Blades is assisting the developer with full development/project management and Superintendent service. Involvement has been from site acquisition, Development Approval coordination, construction tendering and contract administration.
