Esprit

Construction on the Esprit development is due to commence in May 2022 with demolition already underway. It consists of 93 apartments across two separate buildings. Both buildings include ground floor retail. This is being managed for the same client as the Awaken and Flow Residences projects with the roles and responsibilities including full project management, development management and superintendent services.
