Durack High Care Facility

Forming part of a $60 million sequence of projects for Aveo, the Durack Residential Age Care Facility (RACF) project was the first of its kind to be rolled out for this client. The RACF was delivered by Blades Project Services within an existing aged care village, and alongside the community hall which needed to remain operational at all times.

Blades understood the buildings’ services were similar to that of small hospitals, necessitating not only highly skilled consultants to ensure appropriate coordination, but also a very competent builder to manage the process.

During the project’s lifespan, Blades was responsible for the project’s administration, superintendent duties, and project reporting.
