Coronation Residences

Project planning, facilitation and management services were delivered by Blades for this project which saw the famous Coronation Motel transformed into Coronation Residences – an exclusive residential development. Occupying prime riverfront space, this Blades development comprised 48 apartments over 10 levels, just 3kms from Brisbane’s CBD.

The expertise of the Blades team was employed for this project to deliver a sophisticated solution to challenges including overcoming the acoustic issues associated with building on a major, high traffic road. Blades played a key role in bringing to life these luxury apartments, which feature stylish open plan interiors highlighting uninterrupted views of the river, the city and Mt Coot-tha.
