Central Queensland University (CQU)

Located in the heart of Brisbane’s CBD, CQU’s Brisbane campus presented a nine-floor refurbishment opportunity for the Blades project team.

The Blades team was able to work within the existing commercial building, overcoming the confines that came with the structure, services and access for materials and deliveries.

Blades delivered a combination of administration areas, offices, a library, high-tech multimedia labs, and state-of-the-art lecture theatres featuring the latest presentation, audio-visual and video conference equipment. The refurbishment also featured staff and student breakout areas including a student lounge area – a testament to Blade’s understanding of educational developments.
