Brisbane Boys College (BBC)

Blades has a proven track record with Brisbane Boys College, adding to the team’s successful portfolio of education facilities. While the school was still fully operational, a college hall featuring an auditorium with 700 seats, music class rooms and sound proof rooms were delivered. This was alongside 24 new classrooms, a multi-purpose outdoor pavilion, new library and upgrade to boarding house dormitory facilities.

Heritage and safety requirements that often come with a school of such grand scale meant approvals were a structured process for Blades as they worked with a variety of stakeholders including teachers, students and parents.
