George Street Refurbishment

The Blades project team was engaged to deliver a full refurbishment of an existing 17-storey office building, originally built in 1989. The building – located on George Street – sits within the heart of the government precinct of Brisbane’s CBD, directly opposite the new multibillion dollar casino and entertainment development ‘Queens Wharf’.

Providing the full suite of project planning, facilitation and project delivery services, Blades managed the complete internal strip-down of the original building and refreshed the interior with new amenities and common lobbies, to code compliant standards.
